Shipping in Germany is free, to other destination the shipping cost will be calculated at check out.
- Germany: 2-3 Business days
- European Union: 3-5 Business days
- Europe (non-EU): 3-5 Business days
- Worldwide: 3-7 Business days
Lead Times
We normally dispatch all pieces in stock in the next business day however in some case it can take up to 3 business days. Some items are made to order and therefore lead time may take longer. In case an item is out of stock or made to order, the approximate lead time will be stated on the product page.
Duties & Taxes
EU member states - VAT is included total price.
International orders outside the EU member state - For International orders shipped to countries outside of the EU member states, the shipping cost is calculated at the checkout does not include any duties, taxes, or any other fees that may be assessed with the delivery. Any additional costs that may be assessed to the shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Tamle is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or any other fees for international shipments outside the EU member states.
Return Policy
You can return or exchange any items ordered on www.tamle.de and request a refund within 14 days from the delivery date of the product. All returns must be in perfect condition and packed in their original packaging.
In case you wish to return an item send us an email to customers@tamle.de and we will send you a return shipping label.
Please package the product in its original form, ideally the original box, seal it and use the provided shipping return label on the box.
To return the item can either drop off the package in the nearest UPS / DHL access point.

Refunds
When your return has been accepted in our studio you will receive a return confirmation via email. The purchased sum will be refunded to the same payment method you originally used for the transaction within 14 days after the goods have been received . Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.
