Germany - Free shipping on orders from €200.
EU Member States: Free shipping on orders from €300.
International Orders – Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Shipping Times:
- Germany: 2-3 Business days
- European Union: 3-5 Business days
- Europe (non-EU): 3-5 Business days
- Worldwide: 3-7 Business days
Lead Times
We typically dispatch all in-stock items within the next business day. However, in some cases, it may take up to three business days. Made-to-order items require additional processing time. If an item is out of stock or made to order, the estimated lead time will be indicated on the product page.
Duties & Taxes
EU Member States: VAT is included in the total price.
International Orders: Import taxes, VAT, and duties are included in the price.
Return Policy
Full-price items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery for a refund. All returns must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
In case you wish to return an item send us an email to customers@tamle.de.
Please package the product in its original form, ideally the original box, seal it and use the provided shipping return label on the box.
To return the item can either drop off the package in the nearest UPS / DHL access point.

Refunds
When your return has been accepted in our studio you will receive a return confirmation via email. The purchased sum will be refunded to the same payment method you originally used for the transaction within 14 days after the goods have been received . Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.
