Shipping & Returns
Germany, EU Member States, Norway, and Switzerland – Free shipping on orders over €200.
International Orders – Shipping costs, including duties and taxes, will be calculated at checkout.
Shipping Times:
- Germany: 2-3 Business days
- European Union: 3-5 Business days
- Europe (non-EU): 3-5 Business days
- Worldwide: 3-7 Business days
Lead Times
We typically dispatch all in-stock items within the next business day. However, in some cases, it may take up to three business days. Made-to-order items require additional processing time. If an item is out of stock or made to order, the estimated lead time will be indicated on the product page.
Duties & Taxes
EU Member States: VAT is included in the total price.
USA, Switzerland, and the UK: Import taxes, VAT, and duties are included in the prices.
International Orders (Outside the EU, USA, UK and Switzerland): Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and do not include duties, taxes, or other fees. Any additional charges incurred upon delivery are the customer’s responsibility. Tamle is not liable for any taxes, duties, or fees on international shipments outside the EU.
Return Policy
You can return or exchange any items ordered on www.tamle.de and request a refund within 14 days from the delivery date of the product. All returns must be in perfect condition and packed in their original packaging.
In case you wish to return an item send us an email to customers@tamle.de and we will send you a return shipping label.
Please package the product in its original form, ideally the original box, seal it and use the provided shipping return label on the box.
To return the item can either drop off the package in the nearest UPS / DHL access point.

Germany - 10 EUR
Member Country of the EU - 10 EUR
Switzerland, Norway - 10 EUR
UK- 15 EUR
US - 30 EUR
International - All others - € 40
Refunds
When your return has been accepted in our studio you will receive a return confirmation via email. The purchased sum will be refunded to the same payment method you originally used for the transaction within 14 days after the goods have been received . Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.
